These cheerful floral-themed bow ties and ties, featuring the logo of the Princess Máxima Center, were worn during the gala dinner celebrating the opening of its beautiful and multifunctional garden. The Princess Máxima Center is the national center for pediatric oncology in the Netherlands. A unique institution where highly specialized care and research for children with cancer are brought together under one roof.
On May 18, 2018, the new building welcomed its first patients. In September, the remarkable garden, designed as a space where children can both play and rehabilitate, was officially opened.
