For carnival association VV Kits-Uule from Roermond, a large and vibrant association with over 100 members, Rooymans Neckwear developed a complete line of custom-made waistcoats for men, women, and children. A project in which appearance, unity, and wearing comfort were key.
The men wear waistcoats made from cobalt blue jacquard woven fabric with lurex, combined with a dark blue back. For the women, this contrast is reversed: a dark blue waistcoat with lapels in the same cobalt blue jacquard fabric, finished with an embroidered logo emblem. The boys and girls within the association wear the same designs as the men and women, fully translated into children’s sizes.
After two on-site fitting sessions, during which the correct size for each member was determined, production began. Just eight weeks later, all waistcoats were completed. The result is a striking and cohesive look that has the association fully ready for carnival, polonaise-proof and made to celebrate in until the very last note.
